We are confident that you’ll love our products, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to refund or exchange your purchase provided it is returned in the original packaging, unopened and undamaged.
Some products are excluded from this policy though, for example, items which have been cut to a bespoke size.
In the unlikely event you received faulty or damaged goods, please contact us before cutting or fitting the item. If any order is removed from it’s original condition then we will be unable to replace or provide a refund.
To request a refund or exchange please email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your purchase, stating your order number, product name and reason for returning. If your item is faulty, please ensure the issues are clearly outlined within your request.
